For some reason there is a rumor going around that “Les Stroud has died”. The rumor is not true. You can see for yourself by checking out his facebook account.

I know of this rumor because a lot of people have been finding this website by searching for “survivorman dead” or “survivorman died”. Again the rumors are fake.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to inform everyone that Les Stroud has finally announced his new project. Les is now working on a TV show called “Les Strouds Vanishing World” or “Strouds Vanishing World”. From what I have heard so far, Les Stroud will be traveling the world visiting small villages in 3rd world countries. The show will be a documentary about the tribes Les visits on his trip.

The new show was confirmed by Les Stroud on his facebook account, however all emails that we have sent to Les and Les Stroud Productions have gone unanswered.
